Our Birmingham and Leeds offices are now seeking Surveyors at varying levels, to sit within our Infrastructures division. These are varied & interesting roles including valuation, negotiation and acquisition advice to Infrastructure and Public Sector clients. The roles will include managing and developing the respective profit centre to grow the business further, however we would also be open to considering those at a lower newly qualified level. Our clients include major infrastructure providers such as Network Rail, HS2 and other public sector bodies.
We are seeking a motivated individual for the senior position with at least 2 years of post qualified experience, or less for the newly qualified role. Previous experience of CPOs and a rural background/understanding would be desirable, and the successful applicant must be a RICS registered valuer.
