Baroness Tessa Jowell, DBE, PC was the Labour MP for Dulwich and West Norwood from 1992 to 2015.  She held a number of major government ministerial positions, and is probably (for the CPO community) best known as the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, and Minister for the Olympics(2005-2010) and later as Shadow Minister for the Olympics.

If you book less than a table, CPA will place you where space permits and will keep you and any guests together.

Once you complete this form, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement and a booking confirmation will be sent within 5 working days.  If you do not receive either, please call 0118 987 3345.

Please note you may nominate someone to attend in your place at no additional charge. If you are unable to attend, the full amount will still be charged. However, if we receive the request to cancel, in writing, by 26 January 2017, only a 25% administrative charge, based on the ticket price, will be made.
