Panel Discussion on Recent Developments and Issues in Compulsory Purchase Practice
We are delighted to offer the second in our planned regional events.
The event will take the form of a live panel discussion, with networking pre and post event. Instead of participating on screen and having your contributions read out by the chair, you will be closer to the action and have the chance to ask follow up questions.
The panel will be formed of leading compulsory purchase practitioners including Simon Bachelor of Lambert Smith Hampton and others. The discussion will focus on the issues arising from scheme cancellation at various stage of the compulsory purchase process and the impacts of this on those whose land is affected by the scheme.
