The Scottish Law Commission is reviewing CPO law and practice with a view to reform. A discussion paper was consulted on earlier this year and, from the large number of submissions, some matters need further consideration to determine the best way forward. The Scottish Compulsory Purchase Association is reviewing those matters in these 2 events to assist the Scottish Law Commission with their work.
If you provide CPO advice to clients, acquiring authorities or promoters, you are invited to join us at these free events, listen to the differing options and join in the debate. Together we can help shape the industry of the future & you can also satisfy some of your CPD requirements.
