aspire compulsory purchase LLP is a specialist advisory practice focused on compulsory purchase, land assembly and property risk management for major infrastructure and regeneration projects.
Our team has played a leading role in some of the UK’s most significant projects, including Crossrail and the London 2012 Olympics, delivering complex land acquisition and compensation programmes ahead of schedule and within budget. We have also supported major projects and public bodies such as HS2, National Highways and Transport for London.
A key part of aspireCP’s approach is our focus on supporting acquiring authorities and infrastructure clients, helping them manage property risk and deliver land acquisition programmes effectively and efficiently.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking to recruit experienced compulsory purchase professionals at a number of senior levels to join our growing practice.
These roles will involve supporting the delivery of property and compensation programmes for a major UK infrastructure client, alongside a wider portfolio of public sector and infrastructure projects.
The Roles:
We are seeking individuals with strong experience in compulsory purchase, compensation and land assembly to join our team at the following levels:
- LLP Partners (Salaried or Equity): Experienced CPO professionals capable of leading client relationships, managing complex projects and mentoring junior staff.
- Principal CPO Surveyor: Senior practitioners responsible for delivering compensation and acquisition workstreams within major infrastructure programmes.
Successful candidates will work directly with the Senior Partners on strategic advisory work, negotiations, property risk management and compensation delivery across major projects.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in compulsory purchase and compensation
- MRICS / FRICS qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience advising public sector and/or infrastructure clients
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage complex caseloads and deliver high-quality advice
Experience working client-side within an acquiring authority or major infrastructure delivery organisation would be highly desirable, although we welcome applications from experienced consultants with strong CPO expertise.
For senior roles, we are particularly interested in individuals with experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
