In November 2022, CPA Scotland ran the session “Requirements and Responsibilities of an Expert Witness” for those who find themselves heading towards a hearing before the Lands Tribunal for Scotland (LTS).
In part 2, we shall see how the evidence of an Expert Witness plays out in the Tribunal, as two Experts take the stand in a mini-mock LTS hearing. We have leading practitioners who will role play and you, the audience, will be observers.
CPAS is delighted that not only has the new Lord President of the LTS granted permission for the event to take place within the courtroom at George House, but, also that he and Ralph Smith KC will be in attendance.
