CPA and CPAF Mentoring Scheme: Express Your Interest

The CPA and CPA Future Committee, working closely with the D&I Working Group, is excited to launch the CPA Mentoring Scheme. This initiative is designed to connect emerging talent within the compulsory purchase sector with experienced practitioners, enabling them to expand their knowledge and skills.

The scheme aims to enhance professional development and networking. Our hope is that this initiative will help support the next generation of CPO practitioners to develop the necessary skills to advise both acquiring authorities and claimants.

We are now inviting CPA members to express their interest, either to take part as a mentor or a mentee. This will initially be an 8-month pilot programme, with the aim of rolling out the scheme on a wider and long-term basis thereafter. The pilot programme will comprise an online launch event, a minimum of four meetups during the year, and an in-person celebration event at the conclusion of the scheme.
