We are pleased to invite you to a CPA Future webinar, focusing on an area of particular interest for CPA Future members: how the case is made for the use of compulsory purchase powers, whether by CPO, DCO or other means. Our panel of speakers will provide insight from the perspectives of an acquiring authority, solicitor and barrister and the event will be structured with a short presentation from each panel member with questions and discussion to follow.
This is an event for those interested in compulsory purchase matters, aimed principally but not exclusively at junior members of the profession. Please encourage trainees and those who are newly qualified to attend. This event is also open to non-members of the Compulsory Purchase Association.
